Booking Policy:

• 2 Night booking minimum
• 1/2 Deposit to secure booking

Cancellation Policy:

• 2 Month advance cancellation policy for 1/2 refund
• Bookings before 2 months, no refund if cancellation

Nest House Rules:

• No pets allowed, unless registered service animal
• Smoking outside only in backyard when nobody is around, be mindful and respectful of neighbors
